In response to the increasing prevalence of anger-related issues, an Anger Management Course was held on March 26th, 2024, led by Mr. Matthew Ibadin. The course, conducted via Telegram, aimed to shed light on the alarming statistics surrounding anger and provide participants with strategies to manage their emotions effectively.

During the course, participants were presented with startling statistics on anger, emphasizing its widespread impact on various aspects of life. From workplace stress to road accidents and domestic violence, uncontrolled anger poses significant risks to individuals and society as a whole. The statistics underscored the need for proactive measures to address anger-related issues.

Mr. Matthew Ibadin delved into the nature of anger, explaining its triggers and underlying mechanisms. Participants learned that anger often arises from perceived threats, injustices, or frustrations. By understanding the root causes of their anger, individuals can gain better control over their reactions and choose healthier ways to cope with challenging situations.

The course also explored the consequences of unmanaged anger, both personally and interpersonally. From damaged relationships to workplace conflicts, participants gained insight into the negative outcomes of unchecked anger. However, Mr. Ibadin emphasized that managing anger is achievable through self-awareness and practical strategies.

As the session concluded, participants were encouraged to engage in sober reflections on their contributions to society and their interpersonal interactions. Mr. Ibadin challenged attendees to consider their behavior and its impact on others, urging them to be agents of positive change. By fostering self-awareness and accountability, participants were empowered to take proactive steps towards managing their anger and promoting harmony in their lives and communities.

The Anger Management Course served as a timely reminder of the importance of addressing anger-related issues and equipping individuals with the tools to navigate challenging emotions effectively. With continued education and support, participants left the session with renewed determination to cultivate healthier relationships and contribute to a more peaceful society.
