The Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), Khalil Suleiman Halilu, has been named a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (NIMechE), a recognition that underscores his contributions to Nigeria’s engineering and industrial development.
Halilu described the honour as a call to deepen his commitment to building a stronger engineering and industrial future for the country. He expressed appreciation to the leadership of the institution for finding him worthy of the fellowship and for acknowledging the reforms and innovations currently underway at NASENI.
According to him, the recognition reinforces NASENI’s resolve to continue championing homegrown innovation, advancing technology transfer, and promoting engineering excellence in line with national development goals.
He maintained that the Agency remains focused on delivering results that accelerate industrial growth and support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
