The GTCO Food & Drink Festival 2025 started on a high note on Friday, May 2, at the GTCentre in Victoria Island, Lagos. The first day of the much-anticipated event drew large crowds of food lovers, families, and curious visitors ready to enjoy good food and fun activities.

One of the main highlights of Day 1 was a special masterclass by Chef Cristian Duhalde. His Kids Pizza Making Class was a hit, giving children a chance to learn how to make delicious pizza from scratch in a fun and relaxed environment. Many parents and kids were excited to take part, and smiles filled the room as young chefs rolled dough and added their favorite toppings.

The event opened with a warm atmosphere filled with the aroma of tasty dishes from various food vendors. The festival grounds buzzed with energy as people explored food stands, sampled treats from different cultures, and enjoyed music and entertainment.

GTCO’s Food & Drink Festival is known for celebrating food diversity and encouraging small food businesses to grow. This year’s edition continues that tradition with free masterclasses by top chefs from around the world.

The festival runs until Sunday, May 4, 2025, with more exciting classes and experiences still to come. Entry is free, and everyone is welcome.

Organizers say they are happy with the strong turnout and positive feedback from Day 1 and look forward to more exciting moments in the days ahead.

Stay tuned for more updates!
